I was traveling to Fairfield, TX for “An Evening with Legendary Harvey Watkins Jr. & The Canton Spirituals”. As I drove on what appeared to be an endless road, I soon realized I wasn't headed to Fairfield off 290 in Cypress, TX! I had plans for a short trip, so I would be able to just relax and enjoy! I had no plans to drive, but I should have known if I was going with Tori J, I would be put to work. HaHa!
Here I was driving through the country to the Fairfield Auditorium, and when we arrived, Bishop Carlos McDaniel, the man with the plans, welcomed us with opened arms. We were unloading the SUV and packing in the Tori J Live Red Carpet set and props, and after we unloaded the SUV we all went to work. After we finished my mouth hung open at the beautiful red carpet production! What is the Tori J Live Red Carpet Experience? An elegant set with a formal backdrop, table, and accessories, lighting, professional studio camera, fluffy red carpet...well it was a show in itself! Tori J even had her own #TeamToriJLive dressed in white, black and gold, and yours truly was one of the team members.
Who is Tori J? She is a beauty in motion as she glides through the stars, audience, and officials. Her smile and joy is contagious, and before you know it she will have drawn you in as I have seen her do too many times before. Tori J is nothing short of excellence in what she produces, and she will "go for broke", to be sure everything is done correctly and with elegance. When she is in a comedy role all bets are off and laughter is on! Tori loves the social life and as she has so often quoted it, "I Am All About That Life".
LaTori Williams is Tori J's real name and keeping it real is what she loves to do, and trust me you will know where she is coming from and in case you didn't catch it the first time, it will be recorded, because of the camera's loving her! Tori J is also a radio announcer on KOER-LP 101.5 FM radio. The show, MAS Media (Making a Statement), airs every Saturday at 1 CST. If that isn’t enough, Tori J has a social media platform called “Won’t He Do It, Wednesdays” that was inspired by GOD for people to testify of the goodness of GOD.
Tori is an educator, coordinator and curriculum coach for Cypress Fairbanks ISD and a public speaker. She has taught special education and tutors one on one. Her level of expertise has landed her on high platforms to educate other teachers and administrators skills to help improve the education standards at their schools. She manages and trains teachers at over 26 campuses. In the very little spare time she has, Tori J is a chief editor for a Las Vegas magazine and a board member for the Shaquille Clark Foundation in Atlanta, GA.
