How You Treat others is a Reflection of You!

In this 2019 season of life, God has accelerated his blessings unto his people. In the process of God elevating many of us he has also started separating the wheat from the tare. The tare shall be burned and the best wheat was brought into the barn.

Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn. Matthew 13:30

We must be mindful of how we treat each other and check in with God daily, because none of us are exempt from the devil's attacks. Many times, people will act out in an ungodly way without even realizing they have been used by the enemy. In most cases, the person being used will not even know that they were being used to attack you. The enemy can come like an angel and fool many people!

2 Corinthians 11:13-14,

But what I do, that I will do, that I may cut off occasion from them which desire occasion; that wherein they glory, they may be found even as we.

For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.

And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

Most of us know the golden rule "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you"

In this life time, I have seen so many people want to sit in a leadership role and rule over people, but that person can't even rule their own household!

1 Timothy 3:5,

For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?

The issues of the heart will show forth in our actions, words and deeds. When you are a leader, much is required of you, so you will not cause a person to fall short. Many leaders did not sit down when they started falling and the sheep were hurt and scattered. God will hold you accountable for causing the sheep to scatter. This same concept goes for the family leader. If you are the parents, much is required of you to rise up the children in the way the should go.

When we own a business or a non-profit company/ministry, we are still accountable for how we treat others and our employees.

The golden rule applies in every area of life. We reap what we sow. When you sow good seeds you will reap a harvest of good...when you sow bad seeds you will reap a harvest of bad.

Galatians 6:7,

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

Wow! God not being mocked should be enough to run you to repentance!!

Whats next? Repent for not being a good lead, not being a good example and not treating others good.

Luke 17:3,

Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.

Matthew 6:14,

For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you

How do we keep still and not become a tool of the enemy against others or even our selves?

James 1:19,

Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath

Too often we as people just utter our whole mind and we make ourselves look foolish, especially if we are a leader, singer or minister. We are to be slow to speak so we can be swift to hear what the spirit says. The spirit will only speak the will of God by his word. Next, we are to be slow to wrath that we sin not by getting angry at people.

Psalms 85:8,

I will hear what God the LORD will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly.

Peace within oneself is a major key to getting along with others. We do not need to have the last word or action. What is having the last word or action going to accomplish? Nothing but an un-peaceful situation that may lead to anger and end in a broken relationship, friendship or marriage.

We can't control what others do and if you are always trying to control others, you will need to get with God and see whats going on in your heart, for our of the heart flow the issues of life.

Proverbs 4:23,

Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.

Many times people act controlling and love to belittle others and even their children, because they are hurting and have old wounds that are just band-aid, but they have not been healed form the wounds. Often times a persons old wound has a scab on it and anytime someones says or does something to hit that scab it hurts and may bleed. There is good news, if you be willing, you can ask Jesus to heal your wounds, so you can be a blessing to others. Jesus is a healer and wants you to confess your faults and repent of them that he may tell God in heaven to forgive you.

Matthew 12:15,

But when Jesus knew it, he withdrew himself from thence: and great multitudes followed him, and he healed them all...them all includes you too!

Finally but not least, God is merging his people back together and pouring out the blessings!!

Do you want to be in line for the blessings? We must be healed, forgiven and walk upright before the Lord. Walking upright does not mean perfect, but it means yielded and repentful.

Psalms 84:11,

For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

We must do good so good will return unto us. When you see that you have in your hand to bless someone do it, because the father in heaven will bless you in return. When we hold a tight fist we will cut our future blessings. How many of you have seen a rich man be brought to bankrupt? When you look back over his life, he was known for being harsh to his family and employees, he would not give to the poor or help his neighbor...he reaped what he sowed...NOTHING!

Did you know when you do evil to others you become an enemy of God and he will deal with you!

Psalms 38:20,

They also that render evil for good are mine adversaries; because I follow the thing that good is.

2 Thessalonians 1:6,

Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you,

Too often we look at people as just people and we lack wisdom in understanding that you can't mess with god's anointed chosen prophets! Now the same applies to the anointed chosen ones too...when you walk in a high position God requires a lot from you. You may in no way trouble Gods sheep in a brutish, rude and harsh manner and think God will not deal with you. So many flock have left the church because of the brutish leaders...this applies to family and businesses too!

Jeremiah 10:21,

For the pastors are become brutish, and have not sought the LORD: therefore they shall not prosper,

and all their flocks shall be scattered.

I pray this reading helps all of us reexamine ourselves and stop allowing the enemy to use us to bring division among the saints!! Amen
